Maria Sanders is the president and founder of The Claims Manager, Inc.  A Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA), CPC- Instructor and Army medic, Maria has more than 25 years of clinical and administrative experience.

She earned a Bachelor in Science degree in Psychology from Xavier University and Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.  Her reputation as a dynamic speaker and effective instructor is sought after by Brookdale Community College, Middlesex Community College, Meridian Health System and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). 

As a "Start Right" instructor, she facilitates business planning  classes for the Women Business Center of NJ.

Maria is a certified coding instructor for the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and expanded the company's services to include a training division: Healthcare Business Resource Center (HBRC)
