Maria Sanders is the president and founder of The Claims Manager, Inc.  A Certified Professional Coder and Army medic, Maria has more than 25 years of clinical and administrative experience.

She earned a Bachelor in Science degree in Psychology from Xavier University and Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.  Her reputation as dynamic speaker and effective instructor is sought after by Brookdale Community College, Middlesex Community College, Meridian Health System and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). 

As a "Start Right" instructor, she facilitates business planning  classes for the Women Business Center of NJ.

Maria is a certified coding instructor for the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and expanded the company's services to include a training division: Healthcare Business Resource Center (HBRC)
